What files do we receive?

You will receive high-resolution digital files prepared for print and web use. Depending on the project, this may include JPG, PNG, PDF or layered PSD files.

Turnaround time?

The timeline depends on the type and complexity of the illustration. A single venue illustration usually takes around 1–2 weeks, while maps, stationery suites or larger custom projects may require more time. I will always confirm the timeline before we begin.

How many revisions are included?

Each project includes revisions at the sketch stage and final artwork stage. This allows us to refine the composition, details and colours before the final files are delivered. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed.

How does the process work?

First, I review your brief, references and project details. Then I create a sketch for approval before moving into the final illustration. Once the artwork is complete, you will receive the final digital files ready for print or online use.

Can you work from photos or venue references?

Yes. I usually work from venue photos, Google Maps, moodboards, stationery references and any visual materials you can provide. The more references you share, the more personal and accurate the final artwork can be.
